Shipping Policy
Our Turnaround time varies depending on the item ordered. We are currently dispatching orders within 5-7 working days. All items are posted via Royal Mail.
Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £50 within the UK. Standard orders will be sent Second Class with Tracked Delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.
Express delivery is available if you require your order more urgently. Express orders will be sent via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.

Return & Refund Policy
A lot of care and attention goes into creating our personalised products. Since each product we create is bespoke, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty.
